Zucchini pizza with bacon

Try a hearty squash pizza with two types of cheese and bacon. This original dish will surely please both adults and children.

Ingredients
- Small zucchini 2 pieces
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Flour 5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Large tomato 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Basil to taste
- Mozzarella 150 g
- Bacon 100 g
- Hard cheese 100 g
Cooking method
Peel the skins and seeds from the zucchini. Grate with a coarse grater. Squeeze out excess juice.
Add eggs and flour. Season with salt to taste. You should get a batter that resembles thick sour cream in consistency.
Pour the dough into a mold. Spread so that the layer is about one and a half centimeters.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, peel the tomato, chop finely and simmer in a pan until soft. Add finely chopped garlic and basil.
Gently spread the sauce over the squash dough. Top with mozzarella and chopped bacon evenly. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese.

Bake pizza in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
