Baked young potatoes with salt and vinegar

Young potatoes baked in this way have a pleasant sweet and sour aftertaste and a crispy crust. Try it!

Ingredients
- Young potatoes 1 kg
- Apple cider vinegar 1 cup
- Salt 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method

Place the washed young potatoes in a deep saucepan. Pour 6 glasses of water into it, a glass of apple cider vinegar, add half the salt, chopped garlic and put on fire.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook potatoes for 20-25 minutes. You can check the degree of doneness with a toothpick or a match. Remove the pan from heat, drain the water, and cool the vegetables.
Preheat oven to 230 ° C. Take a deep baking sheet and brush it with vegetable oil.

In a deep bowl, combine the potatoes, remaining salt, pepper and oil and mix thoroughly. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters if necessary. Spread the potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake until golden brown for 15-20 minutes.
Serve potatoes with chopped herbs.
