Ingredients

• Cookies 800 g
• Hazelnuts or walnuts 100 g
• Sugar 200 g
• Cocoa powder without sugar 60 g
• Water 240 ml
• Butter 150 g
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp a spoon
• Cream 120 ml
• Chocolate 120 g

Cooking method

• Break the cookies into small pieces and place in a bowl.

• Chop the nuts and fry in a skillet without oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and combine with cookies.

• Combine sugar with cocoa in a saucepan, cover with water and mix well. Add oil.

• Place the saucepan over medium heat. After boiling, cook the mixture for another 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly.

• Remove from heat, add vanilla and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

• Combine chocolate with cookies and nuts.

• Cover the bottom of the form with parchment and put the resulting mass in it. Smooth and lightly press down with a spoon or spatula.

  The most convenient way is to use a split form.

• Cover the mold with cling film and refrigerate the cake for 50-60 minutes.

• To decorate the cake, bring the cream to a boil. Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate, leave for 1 minute, and then stir.
