Juicy chicken kebab cooked on the grill turns out to be deliciously appetizing, and it is not at all difficult to cook it.
Grate the onion, finely chop the pepper with a knife. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
Combine the minced meat with onions, peppers, parsley and spices. Mix to make the mixture more homogeneous and beat by gently tossing into a bowl.
Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Wet your hands with water and divide the minced meat into equal parts. Form each into a sausage and gently press the skewer into it. Try to keep the minced meat layer even on all sides.
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes.
Fry the kebabs on a grill or skillet until they are well browned on all sides.
