Mimosa salad with cod liver and leeks

Try the original version of the Mimosa salad. With cod liver and leek, the dish acquires a special taste and turns out to be incredibly tender.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Leeks 50-60 g
- Mayonnaise 60-70 g
- Salt to taste
- Cod liver 200 g
- Hard cheese 60 g

Boil the potatoes until tender, 20-30 minutes. Hard boil the eggs for about 10 minutes.
How and how much to cook potatoes
Cool potatoes and eggs and peel them.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate them and potatoes separately.
Cut the onion into 4 pieces lengthwise, then chop across, put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Combine onions, potatoes, mayonnaise and salt.
Mash the cod liver with a fork, you do not need to pour out the oil.
Grate the cheese and mix with the yolks.
Lay the salad in layers in the following order: potatoes with onions, proteins, liver, yolks and cheese. Add some salt to the ingredients if desired.
