Tender baked pork with a crispy crust

A mixture of aromatic spices will perfectly reveal the taste of baked pork. This recipe will help out if you have little time, because it will take only half an hour to cook.

Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 700 g
- Salt 1 tsp spoon
- Freshly ground black pepper ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Italian herbs 1 tsp spoon
- Dried garlic 1 tsp spoon
- Ground coriander 1 tsp spoon
- Olive or sunflower oil 2 tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Trim off excess fat from the meat and dry the pork with a paper towel.
Combine salt, pepper, Italian herbs, garlic and coriander.
Pierce the meat with a fork in several places and brush with a tablespoon of oil. Then rub with spices.

Heat another spoonful of oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Brown the tenderloin on all sides.
Make sure the pan does not have a plastic handle that melts in the oven.

Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes. In the middle of this process, turn the meat over to the other side.
Readiness can be checked with a meat thermometer: it should show a temperature of at least 65 ° C. If you do not have such a device, you can cut the meat: it should be light pink, without blood.
Let the cooked pork sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
