Oven-baked stuffed dorado

Bake dorado stuffed with shrimp, mussels and mushrooms and cheese crust in the oven. The dish looks incredibly impressive and turns out to be very tasty.

Ingredients
- Shrimps 100 g
- Mussels 100 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
- Champignons 4-5 pieces
- Fat cream 100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Dorado 2 jokes
- Cheese 100 g
Cooking method

Pour boiling water over shrimps for a minute, boil mussels for 2-3 minutes.
Better to use small and already peeled shrimp.
Chop the onion and for 5-6 minutes and brown in a skillet with two tablespoons of oil. Place on a plate.
In the same skillet, fry the finely chopped mushrooms for 7-10 minutes.
Add onions and seafood to the mushrooms. Pour in cream, salt and stir.
When the mass boils, remove from heat and stir with garlic passed through a press.
Clean the fish and remove the gills. On the back, make two parallel incisions on both sides of the ridge, not reaching the tail by a few centimeters.

Use kitchen scissors to trim the ridge on both sides. Gently remove the ridge with bones and entrails together with a dark film.
Tweezers can be used to remove bones.
Rinse the fish and pat dry with paper towels.
Make boats out of foil, grease with oil and put the fish in them. Press down on the foil to keep the fish from falling. Fill each carcass with a filling.
Place the fish on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese 5-7 minutes before cooking.
