Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons
- Starch 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vanilla sugar 5 g
- Raisins 100 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sugar 7 tbsp. spoons
- Butter 1 piece
Cooking method
If the curd is grainy, grind it through a sieve or punch with a blender.
Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate for a while.
Add the yolks to the curd along with sour cream and beat with a blender or mixer until smooth.
Add the starch and vanilla sugar and beat again.

Add raisins and mix thoroughly.
Raisins can be soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes in advance to soften them. Then dry it with a paper towel.
Add salt to the cooled proteins. Beat them on a low mixer speed until foam appears.
While increasing mixer speed, add sugar gradually and beat until peaks are stable.
Enter the protein mass into the curd, stirring gently from bottom to top.
Line a baking dish with parchment and brush with butter.
Put the curd mass in a mold and place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 50 minutes.
