PP shawarma with chicken

PP-shawarma with chicken will bring no less pleasure than the classic version, but without harm to the figure. Just swap the greasy sauce for yogurt dressing.

Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 240 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chicken spice mix to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Greek yogurt 100 g
- Mustard 1 tsp a spoon
- Cucumber 1 piece
- Tomato 1 piece
- Green salad 4-5 sheets
- Thin lavash 2 pieces
Cooking method
Cut the chicken fillet into 1 cm thick slices, sprinkle with salt and spices and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Peel the garlic, pass through a press, mix with yogurt and mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the chicken in a dry frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side until tender, cool slightly and cut into strips.
Cut the cucumber and tomato into small cubes. Pick up the salad.

Put the chicken, vegetables and salad on the edge of the pita bread, pour the sauce over everything.
To make the dish even healthier, replace regular pita bread with a whole grain tortilla.
Fold the edges of the pita bread and fold it into a tight envelope. Fry the shawarma in a dry skillet until golden brown in 2-3 minutes.
