How to block spam messages on iOS

Probably everyone almost daily encounters with various spam. A few years ago we were getting unwanted advertising from mailboxes and thrown into the bucket, but now, in the digital era useless promotions and other distracting stuff, fill our email boxes and even mobile phones. And if you set up spam filters for spam simply enough, with SMS messages that come in tens per month, the story is somewhat different. However, to block unwanted numbers do not make big problems, but at the same time to report spam in iMessage.
