Korean style baked chicken wings

Korean chicken wings are juicy and tasty thanks to the marinade, and baking gives them an appetizing golden brown crust.

Ingredients
- Chicken wings 1 kg
- Milk 250 ml
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¼ tsp spoons
- Dried rosemary 1 tbsp a spoon
- Dried chili flakes 1 tbsp a spoon
- Chili paste 1 tbsp a spoon
- Honey 1 tbsp a spoon
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp a spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 tbsp a spoon
- Rice wine 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
Rinse the wings and place in a bowl. Pour in milk, add salt, pepper and rosemary.
Stir and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then drain the milk.

For the sauce, combine the chili flakes and paste with honey, soy and oyster sauce, rice wine, and minced garlic.
Rice wine can be substituted with dry white wine.

Fold the wings into a bag, cover with sauce and shake several times. Leave in the refrigerator for 5 hours, shake several times during this time.
The most convenient way is to use a bag with a fastener.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place the wings on it in one layer.
Bake for 10 minutes at 240 ° C, then turn over and cook for the same amount.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on the chicken before serving.
