Strawberry pie with sour cream

Ingredients
- Strawberry 500 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- White sugar 200 g
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp the spoon
- Sour cream 160 g
- Vegetable oil 80 ml
- Flour 260 g
- Baking powder 10 g
- Cane sugar 2 tbsp spoons
Cooking method
Cut most of the strawberries into small pieces, and the rest into large pieces.
Beat eggs with white sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer. You should get a homogeneous light mass.
Add sour cream and vegetable oil and stir.
Combine flour and baking powder. Pour into the egg and sour cream mass and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
Introduce finely chopped strawberries into the dough.
Line the bottom of the round shape with parchment. Cookware with a diameter of 22 cm works best.
Pour the dough into it. Arrange large pieces of berries on top, and sprinkle with cane sugar between them.

Bake the cake for 35–40 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 ° C.
Check the readiness with a wooden stick: it should come out of the dough clean.
