Green buckwheat yogurt with banana and raspberry

You don't need dairy products to make green buckwheat yogurt. You will be surprised by the creamy structure and rich taste of this unusual dessert.

Ingredients
- Green buckwheat 350 g
- Frozen raspberries 200-400 g
- Bananas 2 pieces
- Honey or other sweetener 2 tsp spoons
- Water to taste
- Berries or fruits to taste
- Nuts to taste
Cooking method
Rinse the buckwheat well, fill it with cold water and leave for 2 hours. Defrost raspberries.

Throw the cereal in a sieve or colander and rinse well under running water. Leave to drain for a while.
If desired, buckwheat can be germinated, covered with cling film and left in a warm place for 15-18 hours. This will make the dessert even healthier.
Transfer the buckwheat to a bowl. Adding water or raspberry juice to taste, beat the buckwheat with a blender until smooth.
Add bananas, raspberries and sweetener and beat again with a blender.
Garnish with berries, fruits, nuts, or something else if desired.
