Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 400 g
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Hard cheese 200 g
- Pasta 300 g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 300-400 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Green onions or parsley ½ bunch
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Cut the chicken fillet and tomatoes into large cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Instead of chicken, you can use minced meat, sliced sausages or sausage.
Layer the dry pasta, chicken, onion and tomatoes in a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped herbs if desired.
Whisk the eggs and milk until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.

Pour the egg mixture into the mold, sprinkle the casserole with cheese and place in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
The liquid should completely cover the pasta. If not enough, pour some more milk or water into the mold.
