How to deal with anxiety? We tell in the podcast "Plantain"

Fear and worry can make life miserable. Let's figure out where they come from and how to get rid of them.
The fourth season of the "Plantain" podcast, a joint project of Lifehacker and Yandex Gois called "Route built". 01:09 - about what you can do if you are worried right now. Answer: Switch sensory attention, exercise or drink something herbal (as recommended by your doctor). But first, determine how much anxiety interferes with life.
