Juicy cake made from batter on yolks

The cake on the yolks will be tender, soft and beautiful - thanks to the yolks, the dough will acquire a bright shade. Be sure to prepare these baked goods for Easter.

Ingredients
- Milk 500 ml
- Fresh yeast 50 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Wheat flour 1 kg
- Butter 200 g + for lubrication
- Egg yolks 10 pieces
- Salt 1 pinch
- Vanillin on the tip of a knife
- Glaze to taste
- Confectionery sprinkles to taste
Cooking method
Heat milk to 40 degrees.
Crumble the yeast and dilute in it. Add half the sugar.
Sift the flour to oxygenate it. Add half the flour to the yeast and stir well to avoid lumps.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 40-60 minutes.
Melt the butter over low heat.
Mash the yolks white with the remaining sugar.
Into the finished dough, add the crushed yolks and melted warm butter and mix.
Add remaining flour, salt and vanillin. Knead the batter; it should be slightly thicker than for the pancakes.

Pour the dough into molds covered with parchment and oiled.
Easter cakes will rise. Therefore, fill out each form in half, and preferably a third.
Leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. At this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

When the dough rises, place the molds in the hot oven on the middle shelf for about 1 hour.
Check the readiness of the cakes with a wooden stick or a toothpick: it must remain dry.
