Grated Pumpkin Pie

Bake a delicious grated pumpkin pie. A perfect combination of crumbly dough and sweet filling with a light orange peel aroma.

Ingredients
- Flour 400 g
- Baking powder 10 g
- Salt ¼ tsp spoons
- Sugar 220-230 g
- Butter 200 g
- Chicken yolks 2 pieces
- Water 50 ml
- Pumpkin 750 g
- Ground cinnamon to taste
- Orange ½ piece
Cooking method

Combine sifted flour, baking powder, salt and 150 g sugar. Add chopped butter and crush into crumbs.
Before that, put the oil in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Add cold water yolks and quickly knead the dough.
Separate about a third or more from it. Wrap both parts in plastic and flatten slightly. Leave the larger one in the refrigerator for 40–45 minutes and the smaller one in the freezer.
Chop the pumpkin into small pieces or grate on a coarse grater. Mix with sugar and cinnamon.
Using a fine grater, remove the orange zest and mix with the filling.
Cover the mold with parchment and spread most of the dough over it in an even layer.
Lightly sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top and lay out the filling.
Remove the remaining dough from the freezer and coarsely grate directly onto the pie.
Bake the dessert for about 35-40 minutes at 180 ° C.
