On the web, they are discussing the conflict of the plane passengers because of the reclined seat. Who is right?
News / / January 02, 2021
American Airlines passenger Wendi Williams posted a video of a man in the back banging on the reclined back of her seat. The video caused a heated discussion on Twitter, where users began to argue about who is right in such a situation.
@BravoAndy Here’s a great jackhole! He was angry that I reclined my seat and punched it about 9 times - HARD, at which point I began videoing him, and he resigned to this behavior. The other jackhole is the @AmericanAir flight attendant who reprimanded me and offered him rum! pic.twitter.com/dHeUysrKTu

What an asshole! He got angry that I leaned back my chair and hit it about 9 times - hard. When I started filming him, he calmed down. Another asshole is an airline flight attendant who reprimanded me and offered him rum!
The woman explained that the conflict occurred during the flight, which takes about an hour and a half. She was sitting in the penultimate row, and the man in the back occupied a chair that cannot be reclined. When Wendy lowered the back for the first time, the passenger asked not to do it while he was eating. She agreed, and after he finished, she threw back the chair. What happened next, she recorded on video.
In the comments under the video, which many began to repost, users were divided into two camps. The first supported Wendy.
He is 1000% wrong.
Everyone knows that the last row seats don’t recline.
Pick another seat if its a problem.
Passengers have every right to recline except during meal service.
Whacking the seat in front is just being a jerk.

He's 1000% wrong. Everyone knows that the seats in the last row do not recline. Choose a different location if this is a problem. Passengers have every right to recline the seats, except for meal times. Hitting the chair in front is stupid.
I'm a frequent flyer, IMO: The seat reclines = end of discussion. Whoever sits there has every right to use any and every feature that comes with that seat. What’s so controversial about it??? 🤔🤔

I fly quite often, and in my opinion, if the seat reclines, then there is nothing to talk about. The seated person has every right to use any function of the chair. What is so contradictory in this?
Wtf. He wants any reason to abuse a woman. Wonder if he’d do that if it were a dude in that seat.
What. A. Tool.

What the heck. He looks for any reason to offend a woman. I wonder if he would have done this if there was a dude in this chair?
Welcome to being a woman. A man is aggressive towards you but people still say it’s your fault.

Welcome to the world of women. The person is aggressive towards you, but people still say it is your fault.
Many supported the man and spoke out against all those who like to lower the back of the chair.
People who recline are bad people. Just because you CAN do something doesn’t mean you SHOULD.

People who recline their backs are bad people. Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you MUST do it.
If you recline your seat on a plane, you’re a fucking dickhead. End of. https://t.co/TFxAcjaKhG

If you recline on an airplane, then you are an asshole. All.
It's rude to ever recline your seat. I angle my air conditioning vent on the back of their necks until they turn around to adjust it. I tell them I’ll turn it off for a raised seat. Always works.

It's rude to recline the back of your chair. I usually turn the air conditioner so that it blows on their necks until they turn. I tell them that I will turn it off if they lift the chair. It always works.
There are also quite a few of those who believe that in this situation both behaved stupidly.
I’m surprised the flight attendants didn’t check in on the two unaccompanied minors sitting in the back of the plane

I'm surprised the flight attendants didn't notice the two unaccompanied minors sitting in the back of the plane.
Both are wrong. He could have just used his voice instead of drumming her back seat.
I have had to deal with women like this many times. I admit, sorting out stuff with guys is a lot easier.

Both are wrong. He could just use his voice instead of banging on her seat. I had to deal with such women many times. I admit that dealing with guys is much easier.
