Epic Games Store Distributes Carcassonne and Ticket To Ride

Epic Games store launched an unusual giveaway: it includes computer versions of the famous board games. Initially, they were supposed to be joined by Pandemic, which in Russia is known as "Pandemic" and is very popular, but the distribution was canceled - probably, it was considered unethical due to situation in China.

In Carcassonne, you have to create a map of medieval France by placing cards of cities and buildings on the field - but so that everything is necessarily connected by roads. Next, subjects are put on the field - when a particular site is completely built up, they will begin to bring victory points to the owner. The winner is the one with the most points, and each party is unique, since the players themselves build the field.

In Ticket To Ride, you need to set up rail links between your cities and get to your destination faster than your opponents. You can play alone against the computer, with friends on a local network, or fight with strangers online.

Usually each game costs 259 rubles. The distribution will last until February 13.
