Samsung finally acknowledged the problem with cameras in smartphones Galaxy S23 and S23+. Company promised in the near future to fix a bug that leads to blurry photos.
Users complain on various camera issues since April. They are found mainly in the Galaxy S23 line, but not in all instances. Apparently, the number of negative reviews has become critical, and the company decided to respond.
While using the S23 or S23+ cameras, you may have noticed that the area around the subject looks a little blurry when shooting close-ups. In the meantime, the developers are trying to solve this problem, the company recommends that users take photos with two factors in mind:
- shoot from a distance of at least 30 centimeters;
- Always keep your phone upright when taking pictures.
By the way, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra avoided this bug thanks to the focus boost function. It is possible that it will be added to other models of the line to solve the blur problem.
