Samsung at Consumer Electronic Show 2020 announced new protected smartphone Galaxy Xcover Pro. It became the first gadget in the series to receive a modern narrow-frame design and a camera built into the display.
Like previous model in the line, Xcover Pro is designed to work in extreme conditions. Its body is made of a durable rubberized polymer that can withstand moisture (IP68), vibration, drops and shock - it fully meets the requirements of the military MIL-STD-810G standard.
The smartphone received an Infinity-O screen with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 with a diagonal of 6.3 inches and a resolution of 2400 × 1080 pixels. In the upper left corner there is a small hole for the 13MP front camera.
The main camera of the smartphone is dual, with sensors of 25 and 8 megapixels. The second sensor has wide-angle optics. The heart of the Galaxy Xcover Pro is the proprietary Exynos 9611 chip, complemented by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The battery is traditionally removable, its capacity is 4050 mAh. There is 15W fast charging via the USB-C port. The smartphone also supports Bluetooth 5.0 and
