Jamie Oliver's Cauliflower Celery Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- Carrots 2 pieces
- Celery stalk 2 pieces
- Medium onion 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cauliflower 800 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Vegetable bouillon cube 2 pieces
- Water 2 l
- Medium soft cheese 200 g
- Mustard 1 tsp the spoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
Cooking method
Dice the carrots, celery, onion and garlic. Divide the cauliflower into florets.
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Place vegetables in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The carrots should soften and the onions should turn slightly golden.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the bouillon cubes in boiling water. You can take a little less water if you want a more concentrated broth.
Instead of vegetable cubes, you can use chicken.
Pour broth over vegetables, bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until vegetables are soft.
Remove the pan from heat, add grated cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Save some cheese for serving.
Puree the soup with a blender. Garnish with cheese and chopped herbs.
