Pancakes stuffed with mushrooms and ham are an appetizing dish filled with mushrooms fried with onions. Perfect for breakfast or a hearty snack.
Beat eggs with milk, salt and sugar. Add the sifted flour a little at a time and stir to avoid lumps.
Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat. Pour out a little dough and bake pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Grease the finished pancakes with butter.
Chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry with vegetable oil over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the ham to the roast and cook for about 10-15 minutes more.
Put the filling in a bowl, cool slightly, salt and pepper and stir with sour cream.
Spread the filling over the pancakes and wrap gently so that the mushrooms and ham are inside.
