Pie with pears, blackberries and almonds - Lifehacker

This pear pie looks luxurious: a pattern of fruits, splashes of berries and rosy nuts. It tastes great too, and the dough is prepared in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients
- Butter 125 g + for lubrication
- Ripe pears 3-4 pieces
- Sugar 115 g
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat flour 55 g
- Almond flour 100 g
- Baking powder ¹⁄₂ h spoon
- Blackberries 1 handful
- Almond petals 50 g
- Powdered sugar to taste
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Lubricate a 20 cm mold with oil. Cover the bottom with a round piece of parchment.
Cut the pears in half lengthways and cut the cores. Peel the fruit if desired.
Beat the butter and sugar well with a mixer.
Add the eggs in turn, beating well after each addition.
Stir in both flour and baking powder and toss the dough with a spatula.
Place it in the prepared mold and flatten.
Lay the pear halves on top in a circle, and add blackberries in between.

Bake the cake for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle it with almond petals and place it in the oven for another 8-10 minutes.
Check the readiness with a toothpick: it should come out of the dough clean.
When the cake is completely cool, sprinkle with powder.
