Salmon baked in teriyaki sauce

This recipe does not require any commercial teriyaki. You can make it yourself with soy sauce. It makes salmon amazingly flavorful and delicious.

Ingredients
- Soy sauce 6-8 tbsp. spoons
- Water 8 tbsp. spoons
- Honey 3 tbsp. spoons
- Brown sugar 2 tbsp spoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Lemon juice 1¹⁄₂ tbsp spoons
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp the spoon
- Vegetable oil 1 tsp the spoon
- Fillet of salmon or salmon 4 pieces, about 170 g each
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, 6 tablespoons of water, honey, sugar, minced garlic, ginger, and lemon juice.
Put on medium heat and, stirring occasionally, bring to a light boil.
Mix the remaining water with the starch. Add to saucepan and stir.
Cook, whisking continuously for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

Lubricate the dish with oil and place the fish in it. Pour the sauce over it.
The fish can be marinated in the sauce for 1 hour. Then the aroma and taste will be even more intense.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
Before serving, pour the sauce out of the mold and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
