Oven baked zucchini with cheese

Zucchini is stuffed with a mixture of vegetable pulp with cheese, onions, garlic and bread crumbs. Simple, but very tasty and aromatic.

Ingredients
- Zucchini or zucchini 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Onions 1-2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 2 tbsp spoons
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 50-60 g
- Parmesan 50 g
- Hard cheese or mozzarella 120 g
Cooking method
Cut the vegetables in half lengthwise. Scrape the pulp with a spoon so that you get boats. Don't throw it away.
Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes. Then blot with a napkin.
Place the boats, cut-side up, in a mold and place in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for 8-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the vegetable pulp, onion and garlic.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onions for 4-6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Place the squash in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for 4-5 minutes, until soft and slightly browned.
Combine the roast with bread crumbs, grated Parmesan and a portion of grated hard cheese or mozzarella.
Start the boats with the resulting mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for about 10 more minutes.
