Avocado, spinach and pickled shrimp salad

The seafood is marinated in a mixture of chili, garlic, lime and soy sauce. Therefore, the salad with avocado and shrimp turns out to be moderately spicy and incredibly aromatic.

Ingredients
- Peeled shrimps 200 g
- Chili pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lime 1 piece
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp the spoon
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp the spoon
- Spinach 140 g
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Salt to taste

Boil the shrimp for 2-7 minutes, depending on the size.

Chop the pepper and garlic finely. If you don't want to make the salad very spicy, remove the seeds from the chili.
Grate the lime zest with a fine grater. Squeeze the juice out of the citrus.
Combine chili, garlic, lime zest and juice, soy sauce and oil.
Dip the shrimp into the mixture, stir and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the shrimp from the marinade. Dip the spinach in, stir well and transfer to a serving platter.
Top with shrimp and thinly sliced avocado pulp. Season the salad with salt, if desired.
