This dish is made from conventional squash and zucchini. Young vegetables, use a whole, but from overripe remove core with solid bones. Slice zucchini into pieces of any shape that you like, the taste is not affected.
Prepared vegetables spread on parchment paper to have drained from the oil residue. Serve warm or chilled with different sauces, e.g. sour cream or tomato.
