Korean squid salad

Thanks to the abundance of spices, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and fried onions, the Korean squid salad turns out to be incredibly fragrant and tasty.

Ingredients
- Carrots 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Peeled squid 300 g
- Sunflower oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Ground chili ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Sugar ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp spoons
- Sesame oil ¹⁄₂ – 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Vinegar 9% 4 tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₃ tsp spoons
- Ground coriander ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Dill 3–3 branches
- Sesame to taste
Cooking method
Grate the carrots for the Korean carrots. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Chop the garlic.

Dip the squid in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes.
How to cook squid for tender meat
While the squids are cooling, fry the onions until golden brown in sunflower oil.
Add chili powder and stir.
Place the carrots on the onion and fry for 1 minute. Cool the roast.
Cut the squid into thin strips.
Place the squid and fried vegetables in a bowl.
Add sugar, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, pepper, coriander, garlic and chopped dill.
Stir and refrigerate for 3-4 hours, preferably overnight. When serving, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on the dish.
