Motivation Inspiration / / December 19, 2019
Trying to sort out your life, you are faced with a problem. Or maybe you just want to organize your day. And it's just a couple of examples of when you need a plan. In fact, the causes can be infinite. At first glance, the plan drawing may seem a very difficult task. But a little hard work, a couple of handy tools, A small amount of work, and you can make a good plan to achieve their goals.
the first method. Create a plan for the day
1. Sit down with a piece of paper
This can be a notebook, notebook or a blank document on your computer. Choose something that is convenient to you. Make a list of what you need to accomplish for the day. Include a list of each meeting and the agreement that you have. What are your goals for the day? You want to do sports, or, on the contrary, it is a day of relaxation? What are the tasks you need to complete exactly?
2. Make your schedule
How much you have to put an end to your first job or project? Write down every detail, beginning with the one to be performed first, then the next and so write
schedule for all day. Make sure you have not forgotten anything. Of course, every day is different, and so every day the plan will be different. Basic plan may look like this:- 09:00–10:00 - get to the office, check your emails, respond to letters.
- 10:00–11:30 - meeting with Max and Katia.
- 11:30–12:30 - the project number 1.
- 12:30–13:15 - Lunch (healthy food!).
- 13:15–14:30 - analysis of the project number 1, to meet with Sergey and discuss the project number 1.
- 14:30–16:00 - project number 2.
- 16:00–17:00 - start the project number 3, to prepare things for tomorrow.
- 17:00–18:30 - to leave the office, go to the gym.
- 18:30–19:00 - go for groceries.
- 19:00–20:30 - make dinner, rest.
- 20:30–... - in the cinema with Masha.
3. Reorient yourself each hour
It is very important to take advantage of an opportune moment after a certain time, to analyze how productive you were during this time. Have you done all you had to do? Then give yourself a moment to reload, close your eyes and relax. So you can effectively move on to the next task that you must perform.
4. Analyze your day
When you are done with the most part of your day, take a minute to see if you stick to your plan. Have you finished all that was planned? Where you made a mistake? What worked and what did not? What distracts you, and how you can deal with distracting you factor in the future?
the second method. Create a plan for life
1. Create common goals that you want to achieve in your life
How do you want to develop? What do you want to achieve in your life? Think of it as a "life list." Remember the movie "Knockin 'on Heaven"? Exactly this is my life. It should be exactly the goals that you really want to achieve, and not those that you feel are necessary. Sometimes it is useful to break the goal into categories for better visualization. Categories can be, for example, such:
- career;
- travels;
- family / friends;
- health;
- finance;
- knowledge;
- spirituality.
Targets can be, for example, such:
- Write and publish a book.
- Visit each continent.
- Create a family.
- Lose weight by 10 kilograms.
- To save money for my children's education.
- Finish college.
- Learn more about Buddhism.
2. Create some specific goals with a certain due date
Now that you have a common goal, that you want to achieve in your life, it's time to create some defined goals. And be sure to set a date for implementation of the objective. A couple of examples:
- Send book 30 editions until June 2016.
- A trip to South America in 2015, and in Asia - in 2016.
- Have a weight of 70 kilograms in January 2015.
3. Rate your reality and where you are now!
Be honest with yourself and really appreciate your present life. With goals list which you have made, assess the point where you are right now. For example, your goal - to publish the book - namely, send it to publishers in June 2016. And now you have only half of the manuscript, and you are not sure that you like the first half.
4. Decide how you will achieve your goals
What steps do you take to be able to achieve their goals? Determine the steps that you need to do, and write them down. For example, for this book today and we need to November 2014:
- re-read the first half of the book;
- finish writing his book;
- revise aspects of the book, I do not like;
- editing grammar, punctuation, spelling and t. d .;
- to read finicky friends;
- find publishers who will review my book;
- send the manuscript to publishers.
5. Write down the steps to reach your goals
You can do it in any format you like - to write by hand or on the computer draw. Congratulations! You have just created your life plan.
6. Revise your plan and adjust it
Like everything in this world, your life will change, and your goals may change, too. What was important to you in 12 years, it may not be so important when you are 22 or 42 years. And that's fine - change your life plan, because it shows that you are aware of changes that occur in your life.
the third method. Solve the problem with the help of Plan
Part One: The definition of the problem
1. Be aware of the problem that you are facing
Sometimes the hardest part of creating a plan is that you do not know what the problem is. Often the problem with which we are faced, creates several problems. The trouble is, as they say, do not come alone. What you need to do - to find the source of the problem. And this is exactly what you need to understand.
Your mother does not allow you to spend four weeks in the other in a mountain hut. This is a problem, but where is the source of the problem? You got an F in algebra. And this is the reason why your mom does not let you to another on a vacation. And this pair - it is a problem that you need to solve.
2. Determine what results you hope to achieve by solving your problem
What goals do you hope to accomplish by solving the problem? Focus on achieving your goals. Other enough by itself.
Your goal is to improve your scores in mathematics at least to four. Parallel to this, improving their knowledge in mathematics, you hope that your mother let you go to a friend for the holidays.
3. Find out why this is a problem
Which of your habits have contributed to the emergence of the problem? Take some time to analyze the cause of the problem.
Your problem is that you've got three in mathematics. Think that might lead to this: Can you talk a lot with a friend in class. Or did not do their homework in the evenings because of the football training, for example.
4. Consider external factors contributing to the problem
Many problems occur because of any of your actions. But do not forget about the external factors working against you. Consider an example. You got a bad grade in math, which must be corrected. The reason may be lack of understanding of the explanations of the teacher on the subject, rather than what you are talking with a friend.
Part two: find a solution and create a plan
1. Find the number of possible solutions to your problem
You can simply write down all the possible options on a piece of paper or use one of the methods of brainstorming. Thus, for example, as a mental map. Whichever method you choose, you should take into account both the possibility of the problem: your fault and factors that do not depend on you.
The solution of communication problems with others in the classroom:
- Sit in the classroom as much as possible from your friends.
- Explain to your friend that you do not absorb information in class and getting bad grades. So you need to concentrate on the lesson.
- If you are sitting behind you on the designated spot, ask the teacher to transplant you, so you can better focus.
Solving the problem of unfulfilled homework due to soccer training:
- Make part of the homework in time for lunch or during a break. So you will be less work for the evening.
- Stick to the rules. After a workout, you should have dinner and do homework. Reward yourself watching TV after do lessons.
Solving the problem of lack of understanding of algebra:
- Let you help a classmate who can clarify any confusing moments for you.
- Ask for help from the teacher. Explain that you do not understand the material and need no further explanation.
- Tackle math tutoring.
2. Create a plan
So you've brainstormed and understand what your problem is. Now select the most effective, in your opinion, the solution to the problem and write a plan for yourself. Hang plan somewhere, where it often will come across your eyes. Your plan to improve your level of math should look like this:
Plan to improve within four weeks
- Kate say that the lessons I can not talk to her. If this does not help, change seats on it.
- Every Tuesday and Thursday to do homework during lunch. So I will be less than the jobs that have to do after training.
- Every Monday and Wednesday to attend elective math. Target: four weeks to improve your level with the troika until at least four.
3. Analyze the first week
Have you done everything you had planned? Did you succeed? What mistakes do you make? Having made a good analysis, you will be able to avoid mistakes in the future.
4. Do not lose your motivation
Stick to your plan until such time until you reach the goal. Do not stop halfway. If one day you do not stick to the plan, make sure that this does not happen again. If you see that this plan does not work, think about what is wrong with it, and write a new plan.
