Pasta with cheese and pepper are surprisingly tasty in pots. The onion-milk sauce and golden brown crust add special charm to the dish.

Ingredients
- Pasta 200 g
- Salt to taste
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- 3 tbsp butter spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Flour 2 tbsp. spoons
- Milk 200 ml
- Fat cream 200 ml
- Cheese 350 g
- Spices to taste

Boil pasta of any shape in salted water to make it al dente, that is, slightly undercooked. This will take approximately 5-7 minutes.
How and how much to cook pasta so that they do not stick together
Throw the prepared pasta in a colander, and when the liquid drains, mix with not coarsely chopped pepper.
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onions over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the onion with flour, milk and cream. When the mixture comes to a boil, add ⅔ coarsely grated cheese, salt, spices and stir.
Arrange the pasta and pepper in the pots and top with the milk-cheese sauce. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. You do not need to cover with a lid.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
