Beef with potatoes in pots

Ingredients
- Beef 600 g
- Potato 600 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrots 1 piece
- Garlic 2-3 cloves
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Water 400 ml
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp spoons
- Butter 50-70 g

Cut the meat and potatoes into small pieces, onions and carrots into small pieces, pass the garlic through a press.
For this dish, small young potatoes are perfect, which can be used whole.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the beef for 5-7 minutes until it is lightly browned on all sides. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper and other spices.
Stir the potatoes with salt, pepper and spices. Place in pots so that it takes up about ⅔ of their volume or slightly less.
Put the meat on the potatoes, and onion and garlic on it.

Mix warm water with tomato paste and pour into pots so that it reaches about half.
You may need more or less water depending on the size of your pots.
Add a little butter to each pot. This will make the potatoes even tastier.
Cover the pots with lids and place them in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for an hour and a half.
When the meat is tender, turn off the stove and leave the pots in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
