How much to cook funchose
It will take an average of 3-4 minutes to cook. The thinnest funchose, the diameter of which is no more than 0.5 mm, can simply be poured with boiling water and left under the lid for 4-5 minutes. But first, still specify the time indicated in the instructions on the pack, and be guided by it, since noodles from different brands may have their own characteristics.
The finished funchose becomes transparent, with a barely noticeable grayish tinge, while it is quite soft, elastic, elastic and slightly crunchy.

How to cook funchose on the stove
Boil water in a saucepan; for every 100 g of product, 1 liter of liquid is needed. You can also add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. You don't need to add salt, especially if funchose is to be used with soy or other bright, rich sauces. The fact is that glass noodles perfectly absorb tastes and even smells, so you shouldn't oversalt them.
Put the funchose whole in boiling water: it is easier to cut it into pieces of the desired size after cooking. If the noodles are nest-shaped, each can be tied with a string to maintain its shape. And if the end of the thread is left long enough, then by pulling it, it will be easier to get the funchose out of the pan.
Simmer under a lid over high heat for 3-4 minutes, no more. No need to stir. Throw the finished noodles in a colander and rinse under cold running water.
