Classic ojakhuri with pork

Ojakhuri in Georgian is one of the options for a delicious dish made from simple products. Meat and potatoes in it are first cooked separately, and then combined.

Ingredients
- Pork 900 g
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Potato 800 g
- Melted butter 50 g
- Onions 2-3 pieces
- Hot red pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground red pepper to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Cooking method

Cut the pork into medium-sized pieces.
The neck works well for the dish. But not at all fatty meat is better not to use.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Roast the pork for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes not too finely. Fry it in a skillet with melted butter for 15–20 minutes over medium heat.
Cut the onion into half rings, finely chop the hot pepper. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press.
Transfer the meat to the skillet with the potatoes. Try to take as little vegetable oil as possible.
Add onion, garlic, salt, chopped hot and ground peppers to the pork with potatoes. Stir.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
