Free Open-Source HFSExplorer utility allows you to read discs formatted in HFS + format, which is used in the MacOSX and iPod. For the utility you need to install Java, if you for some reason do not have it yet. Help on installing and getting started can be found in Simple Help's guide.
The utility is really useful if you need to get data from the HFS + partition on the hard disk, recorded in cheese form (more on that later) or .dmg disk image format.
