Today I want to offer you a video with a performance at the TED a school teacher - John Hunter. John did not just teach gifted children. He invented the game "World Peace." There is a separate state with its policy, territory, economy, resources, people and army. And the fate of this world run... 10-year-olds. They not only successfully cope with the tasks, but also able to resolve such crises, which baffled many adults.

Schooling and education of children in general - a theme that is always relevant, as many teachers, and entire systems are developing much more slowly than the world around us and our children. The problem with many of our schools is that they do not teach children independence: independent search for the material, its analysis and conclusions that should be followed after the analysis. Moreover, the main purpose of the average school - let the average person, that should not be a problem-established system of their spontaneous decisions and ideas.
