Ingredients
- Boneless turkey breast with skin 1 piece
- 2 tbsp butter spoons
- White wine 1 glass
- Lemon ¹⁄₂ pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- ¹⁄₂ garlic head, cut across
- Fresh thyme 4-6 sprigs
Cooking method
Rinse the breast and pat dry with paper towels. Cut it in two.
Use your fingers to gently separate the skin from the meat without removing it.
Brush the meat under the skin with softened butter.
Place the turkey in a baking dish, skin side up.
Pour in the wine. Sprinkle the breast itself with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place the garlic next to it, cut side up, and the squeezed lemon cut into several large pieces.
Place the thyme sprigs on top of the turkey.
-
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
To check the doneness, cut the meat. It will be light, and the juice that stands out will be transparent. If they are reddish, the turkey needs a little more time in the oven.
