Lush Sugar-Free Pancakes

The recipe uses two types of flour, including whole grain flour. To make pancakes without sugar fluffy, the proteins are whipped into a foam and injected into the dough.

Ingredients
- Self-rising flour 50 g
- Whole grain flour 50 g
- Eggs 2 pieces
- Skim milk 150 ml

Sift both types of flour into a bowl.
If you don't have self-rising flour, use regular flour, but add ¾ tsp to it. spoons of baking powder and ⅛ tsp. tablespoons of salt.
Add yolks and some milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour the rest of the milk in portions, stirring the mass well each time.
Using a separate mixer, beat the egg whites into a fluffy, stable white foam.
Mix it gently with the flour mass.
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
In a skillet, spoon or ladle into pancakes.
After about 1-2 minutes, when bubbles appear on the surface of the dough, turn the pancakes over.
Cook until they are browned on the other side.
Bake the leftover dough pancakes in the same way.
