Sausages in potato and cheese dough

Eat the sausages in the potato dough right away, as long as they are crisp. Supplement with sour cream or hot sauces or salads.

Ingredients
- Potatoes 5-6 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Flour 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cheese 150 g
- Sausages 5 pieces
- Vegetable oil as needed
Cooking method

Peel and boil the potatoes in lightly salted water. Drain and puree with a pusher.
How and how much to cook potatoes
Add flour to potatoes and mix well. Divide into 5 equal parts.
Place one part of the puree on plastic wrap and straighten to form a rectangle. Cover with foil and roll out with a rolling pin.
Sprinkle the coarsely grated cheese over the potatoes, cover again with plastic wrap and roll out.
Place a sausage in the center of the layer and carefully roll it into mashed potatoes with the help of a film.
Heat oil in a skillet so that it covers the sausages.
Fry the pieces until golden brown.
Place cooked sausages on paper towels to remove excess oil.
