This is the easiest and most affordable minced lasagna recipe. So you will definitely succeed: the dish will be juicy and very tasty.
Put butter in a saucepan, add vegetable oil and melt over medium heat. Add flour one spoon at a time and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Reduce heat, pour in milk and simmer the mixture until the consistency of low-fat sour cream. You will have a béchamel sauce.
Heat a frying pan, pour olive oil into it, put the minced meat and fry it until half cooked. Add bolognese sauce to it, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Grease the pan with butter and pour a little sauce from a saucepan on the bottom. Spread the sauce over the bottom.
Arrange the lasagna sheets in one layer with the minced meat on top and the grated cheese on top. Pour the béchamel over the cheese. Put the sheets, minced meat, cheese and sauce on top again.
Spread the sheets well on all sides, otherwise the edges of the dish will turn out dry.
Spread the last layer of sheets with sauce and cover with cheese. Let stand for 7-10 minutes, then bake the lasagne for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
