Baked fish cakes with tartar sauce

Fish cakes are made from fillets with garlic, cilantro, green onions, soy sauce and lemon zest and baked in the oven.

Ingredients
- Fillet of white fish 500 g
- Vegetable oil 2-4 tsp spoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Green onions to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Breadcrumbs 200 g
- Egg 1 piece
- Egg whites 2 pieces
- Soy sauce 2 tsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greek yogurt 250 g
- Lemon juice 200 ml
- Cilantro to taste
- Green onions to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Fry the fish fillets in oil for 5-10 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Then cool slightly.
Separate the fish from the bones and mash the fillets with a fork or chop with a knife.
Add finely grated lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped herbs, crackers, whole egg, egg whites, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly and form the patties.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, grease it with vegetable oil and place the cutlets on it.
Send them to the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 10-15 minutes.
At this time, mix all the ingredients for the sauce using a blender (for this, finely chop the cilantro and onion).
Serve the fish cakes with the tartar sauce.
