Chicken soup with zucchini

You will need a blender to make chicken puree soup. Otherwise, this is a simple recipe, according to which you get a hearty warming dish.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast 1 kg
- Olive oil 2 tbsp spoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Zucchini or zucchini 2 pieces
- Dried basil 2 tsp spoons
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Chicken broth 860 ml
- Crackers or croutons to taste
- Hard cheese to taste
Cooking method
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and send them to the preheated skillet. Cook for 7-10 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
In the same skillet, add a little olive oil and sauté the diced onions until they are translucent and soft.
Transfer the contents of the skillet to a saucepan, add the zucchini pieces, basil and salt.
Cover with broth, bring to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly, until vegetables are tender.
Then pour two cups of soup from a saucepan, and chop the remaining mass with a blender until puree. Then return the two cups of whole vegetables back to the pot, add the chicken there and bring to a boil again.
Serve the cooked soup with crackers or toasted bread and slices of cheese.
