How to cook muffins for breakfast of three ingredients

British scones - a popular addition to breakfast, not only in their homeland. Small rolls may have a triangular or circular shape, and prepare a sweet or salty embodiment of butter, flour and milk with added disintegrant. Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup flour (170 g);
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder;
