Milk and creamy mushroom soup

Creamy mushroom soup is ideal to warm up on a cold winter day. With our recipe, cooking will take less than half an hour.

Ingredients
- Butter 2 tbsp spoons
- Fresh mushrooms 240 g
- Onions ¼ pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Flour 3 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable broth 2 cups
- Milk 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Cooking method
Heat butter in a frying pan and add chopped mushrooms and onions. Pass them until they release liquid and begin to turn brown.
Then add the chopped garlic and cook until the aroma appears (about 1 minute).
Pour the flour into the pan and stir vigorously to prevent lumps from forming. It should absorb butter and liquid. Cook the mixture for 1–2 minutes, until the flour is brown to avoid an unpleasant flour taste.
Then carefully pour in the broth, stir well until smooth and add milk, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, cover and leave the soup on low heat for another 5-6 minutes, until it thickens to the desired consistency.
