Soy goulash is a simple but delicious dish. The base for it does not need to be soaked or boiled in advance; when dry, the pieces absorb the sauce much better.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add vegetables, fry for 3-4 minutes until soft.
Add dry soy meat, salt and pepper to taste to vegetables, fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the tomatoes and hot water into the pan, stir and simmer the meat over low heat, covered for 15–20 minutes.
The liquid should completely cover the meat.
Finely chop the parsley, add to the goulash, stir and remove the goulash from the heat.
