This homemade cereal bread is easy to prepare. It can be sliced for breakfast sandwiches or baked in a toaster. It will turn out delicious!
Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately. Combine both mixtures, mix thoroughly and whisk with a hand blender for 30 seconds.
Transfer the dough to a tall, rectangular baking dish and let sit for a couple of hours (overnight).
Place the loaf in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 40 minutes, then transfer the bread to the wire rack and return to the oven for another hour.
Cool the bread completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container for no more than five days, or freeze and cut into slices.
