Apple bread with oatmeal, cinnamon and nuts

This apple bread is like a muffin: fragrant, sweetish, with apple pieces and nuts. You can spread butter, jam and jam on it.

Ingredients
- Brown sugar 1 tsp the spoon
- Instant oatmeal 3 tbsp. spoons
- Ground cinnamon ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Butter 1 tsp the spoon
- Instant oatmeal 1 cup
- Coarse flour 1 cup
- Salt ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Soda ¹⁄₂ tsp spoons
- Baking powder ¹⁄₂ tsp. spoons
- Ground cinnamon 1 tsp the spoon
- Large eggs 3 pieces
- ¹⁄₃ cup brown sugar
- Vegetable oil ¹⁄₃ cup
- ¹⁄₄ cup honey
- Vanillin 1 pinch
- Apples 3-4 apples
- Chopped walnuts or any other ¹⁄₃ cup
Cooking method
Combine sugar, oatmeal, cinnamon, and melted butter.
Line a 20 x 10 cm baking dish with parchment or brush with vegetable oil.
Place the oatmeal in a blender and grind until flour.
Transfer the oatmeal to a large bowl and add the coarse flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon to it.
In another deep bowl, beat eggs with brown sugar, butter, honey and vanilla.
Cut the apples into small cubes, add to the egg mass and stir until smooth.
Then add the dry mixture and nuts and mix the dough thoroughly again.
Place it in a prepared baking dish and spread the dry mixture on top for garnish.
Bake bread in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for 1 hour.
Check readiness with a toothpick or hot knife: they should come out of the center of the baking dry. If dough remains on them, leave to bake for another 5 minutes and check the bread again.
