A simple and quick version of an Italian dish. The spinach pasta is filling and flavorful thanks to the garlic and butter.
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until tender.
Drain the pasta in a colander, leaving ½ cup of water in which it was cooked.
Heat the butter in the same saucepan. Add chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the pasta and spinach. Cook until the spinach leaves are tender.
To prevent the dish from turning out dry, pour in the spaghetti water little by little.
Finally add salt, pepper and grated Parmesan and stir.
Sprinkle grated cheese on each pasta before serving.
