Miscellaneous / / December 31, 2020
The baked goods are both airy and rich at the same time. The pear and walnut pie itself is sweet, but not sugary, with a slight citrus note.

Ingredients
- Flour 200 g
- Sugar 250 g
- Cinnamon 1 tsp the spoon
- Baking powder 1½ tsp spoons
- Walnuts 100 g
- Natural yogurt 250 g
- Butter 50 g
- Egg 3 pieces
- Orange 1 piece
- Lime 1 piece
- Pear 2 pieces
Cooking method
In a deep bowl, combine 180 g flour and sugar. Add cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well with a whisk.
-
Grind the walnuts with a blender. Add half to dry ingredients. Stir until smooth until the dough is airy.
-
Add yogurt and 40 g melted butter to the dry ingredients. Next, break the eggs into a bowl. Stir the resulting mixture.
-
Remove the zest from the orange and lime and grate. Add the zest to the dough and mix well again.
Lime can be substituted for lemon.
-
Wash and dry the pears. Cut one into thin slices, the other into pieces. Roll the pear pieces in flour so that they do not settle to the bottom of the mold when baking. Add to dough.
Prepare a baking dish. Place parchment paper on the bottom. Grease the walls with cold butter and dust with flour.
-
Pour the dough into a mold and tap on the table to remove any bubbles. Spread the pear slices on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
-
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 25-50 minutes, depending on the size of the dish. Check the readiness with a toothpick or a match: pierce the dessert, it should come out dry.
-
Serve the finished pear pie hot.
