Hot beetroot with meat and egg

Hot beetroot resembles borsch, only it is prepared without cabbage and carrots. And for satiety, a boiled egg is added to it.

Ingredients
- Beef 200-300 g
- Water 2-3 l
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Beets 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons
- Potatoes 6 pieces
- Onions ½ pieces
- Egg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour cream or mayonnaise to taste
Cooking method

Place the meat in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 1 hour over medium heat. After boiling, season with salt and pepper.
How and how much to cook beef
Grate the peeled beets on a medium grater and fry until soft in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the onion and fry separately in oil until soft and golden brown.
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Remove the meat from the finished broth. Place the beets, potatoes and onions there. Season the potatoes with salt and cook until soft.

Boil the egg hard, peel and chop finely. Pass the garlic through a press.
How to boil eggs so they are easy to clean and delicious
Add the egg and garlic almost at the end of cooking.
Cut the meat into pieces and put back into the soup.
Let it brew a little under the lid and serve with sour cream or mayonnaise.
